Companies may partner with InvestiNet to help collect on their accounts. Now that we’re handling your account, it’s our job to work with you to find a way to resolve the debt in a way that’s manageable for you.

We receive contact info only when our client assigns the account to us and we try to reach out right away. Hopefully we can reach some sort of resolution together.

We do not report to credit bureaus. You can learn more about your credit with any major credit bureau such as Experian, Equifax and TransUnion.

The easiest way to pay is by logging in to our secure online portal. We accept four major debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or ACH electronic withdrawals directly from your checking account. We do not accept credit card payments. If you’re having trouble paying online, you can speak with one of our customer support team members at 888-852-0054.

We know that the idea of paying off a debt can feel overwhelming. That’s why we want to offer you options to resolve your financial responsibilities in a way that works for you. In the portal, you’ll find several payment plan options that allow you to pay in installments that fit your budget. If none of these plans work for you, give us a call at 888-852-0054.
